[~tilman] Sorry for just ignoring your hints about PDFBOX-4549.
PDFBox uses the name and the ordering of a buggy cmap to determine if it
qualifies for a possible identity map, so that PDFBOX-4549 works again and the
PDF from PDFBOX-3442 works as well
