RTL is not supported. You could still show simple RTL languages by reversing
what you output. For AcroForm it's more tricky, if not impossible currently.
Sadly you didn't provide any details, not eve the version (although it doesn't
matter, none supports RTL), and you chose a jbig2 version - that has nothing to
do with languages / glyphs, that is our JBIG2 image plugin.
