Thaks, this looks pretty good but I haven't compared the rendering with the
ones from the trunk, only with the previous 2.0 renderings, I will do that
later, hopefully today.
What's missing is creation of the appearances in the AddAnnotations example,
and the NoRotate flag in PageDrawer, and there also removal of the two old
annotation rendering methods and related methods / class
(drawAnnotationLinkBorder, drawAnnotationInk, AnnotationBorder,
getAnnotationBorder).
