- Support NoRotate flag in PageDrawer to match functionality in trunk
- remove old annotation rendering methods and related methods / class
(drawAnnotationLinkBorder, drawAnnotationInk, AnnotationBorder,
getAnnotationBorder) as this is handled by generating appearance streams
