The Javadoc for {{PDPageContentStream.transform(Matrix)}} reference "the CTM"
but for never define the term. For those of us who are not familiar with the
PDF specification, it would be helpful if the Javadoc defined such terms,
linked to documentation that does, or at the very least provide the full name
behind the acronym. Thank you.
