Resolution: Won't Do
C# and IKVM are not supported. IKVM has been discontinued anyway, so it is
risky to use it. (We even hit a bug last year relating to signing)
Your list misses PDFBox, you only have fontbox, see also
https://pdfbox.apache.org/2.0/dependencies.html
