We have to simplify the code as it is to complicated to understand/maintain.
Some of the stuff has been spread through several classes for some historical
reason. E.g. those load methods introduced a cyclic dependency to
PDDocument/FDFDocument which has to be resolved. Maybe an utility class might
be a better place than the parsers, but IMHO they have to be moved.
