while working on the removeAll method I found the following issue:
{code:java}
annotations.get(0).equals(annotations.get(1))
{code}
is {{false}} where
{code:java}
annotations.get(0).getCOSObject().equals(annotations.get(1).getCOSObject())
{code}
is {{true}}
Shouldn't the first test also be true when the second one is?
