Description: Both classes {{org.apache.pdfbox.io.RandomAccessBuffer}} and
{{org.apache.pdfbox.io.RandomAccessFile}} are used for read operations only so
that it makes sense to remove the implementation of the interface
{{org.apache.pdfbox.io.RandomAccessWrite}} (was: Both classes {{}} and {{}})
