The Interfaces org.apache.pdfbox.pdfparser.SequentialSource and
org.apache.pdfbox.io.RandomAccessRead are more or less the same and the first
has a wrapper for the latter. We should merge both interfaces to simplify the
IO part and to support further refactorings.
