As [~tilman] pointed out you should never use a font subset in an interactive
form field as the glyphs used will be determined by the data initially set.
Thus when entering new data is might be that the glyphs needed to display the
characters will not be part of the embedded font.
When using a font subset adding a prefix - AAAHYN in your case - is according
to the PDF specification and as such intended and not a bug.
