The Image present in PDF is getting distorted while converting the PDF into an
image using PDFBox's PDFRenderer API.
Code used for converting the PDF into image:
"return new PDFRenderer(document).renderImage(0);"
There is no warning or error loggers while converting this PDF.
Please find the original PDF and converted image in attachments.
