Tilman Hausherr commented on PDFBOX-4953:
-----------------------------------------
Please retry with the current version (2.0.21). "loadNonSeq" doesn't exist
anymore, this was for 1.8 and is now the load() method. And please share the
PDF, or try to open it in a non AWS environment.
> PDDocument.load freezes when use AWS EFS volume as temp directory to parse
> pdfs.

> Affects Versions: 2.0.18
> Reporter: Pedro
> Priority: Major
>
> PDDocument.load(file, memoryUsageSetting) doesn't respond when I try to parse
> a pdf using a temporary directory located in AWS EFS volume. I've heard that
> there is another method call loadNonSeq but I didn't see it in my library
> version (2.0.18). This behavior occurs when I'm trying to process a pdf >=
> 40MB.
