I assume that {{fontSize}} is {{infinity}}. This would happen when dividing by
0, i.e. size is 0 at line 167 in {{CreateCheckBox.java}}. Which would be
because {{PDType1Font.ZAPF_DINGBATS.getPath(name).getBounds2D()}} is empty.
Is there any log message when running {{CreateCheckBox.java}} from your IDE,
about a font missing / substituted?
