pdfx is for custom stuff. We could skip this schema, but I don't know if this
is relevant or not for PDF/A-1b.
However it doesn't matter here: your file is PDF/A-2b and not PDF/A-1b
according to
https://www.pdf-online.com/osa/validate.aspx and VeraPDF.
And you asked for PDF/A-1A. PDFBox can't check that. If you need something
free, try VeraPDF.
