Maruan Sahyoun resolved PDFBOX-2859.

Resolution: Fixed
With PDFBOX-2858 and PDFBOX-45 being resolved I'm closing this one too as
PDFBox can now be used to handle *AcroForms* with Reader Extensions.
PDFBOX-2857 is still open as *XFA* forms with Reader Extensions are *not*
supported wo breaking the Reader Extensions.
