The glyphs are there but they are almost invisible in PDFDebugger. (They are
tiny dots, hard to see) This is either a bug or some unusual scaling.
The glyphs are PDF rendering commands. For example, glyph 1
(Root/Pages/Kids/[0]/Resources/Font/R31/CharProcs/1) is
