There is https://github.com/libgdx/packr which is ASF 2.0 licensed but I have
not tested it. The project seems active, last commit was 12 days ago. Do we
still want that? If yes I can give it a quick try and put the result on my OSX
Box to see how it works.
IMHO we should drop that feature for 3.0.0 if not at all.
