PDFBOX-4985 provides a way to create a fixup for this issue. We won't handle it
directly as Acrobat/Reader also won't create a AcroForm entry for that. So in
order to get an AcroForm generated for that a fixup is the correct approach.
The sample PDF also has more issues. E.g. the font color for the "field"
content is white. So entering text in Adobe Reader/Acrobat doesn't show it
afterwards (although it's contained)
