Maruan Sahyoun resolved PDFBOX-3891.

Resolution: Fixed
I think I'm done here - I will not add a fixup handling to {{PDFMergerUtility}}
at this point in time. There are now ways to do that prior to merging the
documents. I there is demand to allow for that please open a new ticket for an
enhancement request.
