I've moved the 'render and compare' test from TestPDFToImage to TestRendering
but disabled it. Reason was that TestPDFToImage was used two fold, a) as it's
own test class and b) from other classes to do single file render comparison.
Now having parameterized tests in TestPDFToImage and also using it for other
tests doesn't play well as there is no class level parameterized test with
JUnit5....
