The nesting was over 70 levels. I looked at it with PDFDebugger but became
exhausted after 20 levels so I'll never find out what would happen in the
deepest level 😆
Printing uses a higher dpi so more memory is used. The file uses transparency
groups so intermediate images are created.
The fault is with the creator of this PDF, maybe with the TCPDF software. The
form XObjects seem to be identical.
