I'm looking to utilize an annotation based lib such as
[Picocli|https://picocli.info/] (ASF licensed) to help enhance our command line
tools (and the pdfbox-app) as I think that's more descriptive. Thoughts?
Otherwise I'll go with Apache Commons CLI
