I have cloned branch 2.0. I have gone through the classes with deprecated
methods and there are only PDFParser and PDPageContentStream. The other classes
that you comment that are not deprecated are because they implement a method of
the PDFontLike interface. Should I delete them? !pdfFontLike.jpg!
