[~lehmi] The rendering of file PDFBOX-2448-115258.pdf fails, "fi" is not
visible ("White filter" in last line of first paragraph). In the refactoring [
https://svn.apache.org/r1887948 ], in CFFParser.readSupplement(),
{{readCard8()}} changed into {{readCard16()}}. Reverting that makes it work
again.
