I'd like to get the PDF merged by Adobe. But considering that I've mentioned
this many times and haven't received it, I guess I won't. I'm pretty confident
that my change is good: one of your screenshots shows several /Document on the
same level, which is what I also did. The PDF specification allows that the top
/K entry is an array. I suspect that in the "It still appears to be nested and
not level" you got the wrong file because it's definitively not nested. So I'll
commit this change on the weekend.
