When setting the PageLayout in Adobe Acrobat the UI has different terms which,
I think clarify the intend
- 2up
- 2up continuos
- 2up Frontpage
- 2up Frontpage
where continuous means that, when zooming, all pages are displayed where
without the setting continous only pairs are displayed. It doesn't have
anything today with LTR or RTL language settings
