Actually no - Calling this constructor is wrapped in an object which has a
lifecycle itself (like a plugin).
The user says it happens every ~ 20th time when restarting the plugin.
You're definitely right, this is a weird issue.
We wrapped the call in a looping trying it several times to hopefully mitigate
the problem. I'll let you know if it's reported again.
