I've introduced a new enum for the names of the 14 standard fonts to make its
usage easier and safer. Furthermore I've replaced the usage of the static
instances of PDType1Fonts with a newly created one at several places.
The idea is to remove all static instances from PDType1Font. I now that is a
big change with a lot of consequences but IMHO there is no alternative. :-|
