Adelin Voicu mentioned that we have duplicate certificates in the DSS. I'll fix
this, and also take care that the COSStream objects are reused, by using a
temporary certificate-to-COSStream map.
With the change, the timestamped_LTV.pdf result file shrinks from 59KB to 51KB.
