I've commitet the proposal with some small changes/additions:
* I've simplified the name of the new method "getComponents" instead of
"getComponentsView"
* I've removed some unused setters to avoid unwanted changes to the underlying
data (trunk only)
* I've set 2 setters to protected to limit unwanted changes to the underlying
data (trunk only)
* I've simplified the test (trunk only)
