According to [wikipedia|https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ligature_(writing)] "ti"
isn't a common ligature, sort of surprise but now it is obvious why it is
missing in some fonts even if they support ligatures.
[Noto fonts|https://fonts.google.com/noto/fonts] might be a substitution for
Liberation Sans. They support ligatures but the "ti" is missing as well.
