Ok, I'm closing this because how-to questions aren't meant to be asked here.
Ask it in the user mailing list or on stackoverflow and show the code that you
tried.
Using one specific font in a field is not different than using another font in
another field. See also the {{CreateSimpleFormWithEmbeddedFont.java}} example
in the source code download. IIRC there is a performance issue if you have many
fields, so you should first create the PDF and assign the font(s), then save
this PDF, then reopen and set the values.
