Maybe it is related to the "S" value of the softmask. It is not "Alpha" but
"Luminosity". {{PageDrawer.applySoftMaskToPaint(Paint, PDSoftMask)}} does take
the value into account but in the case of Luminosity it seems the image is just
drawn instead of calculating some softmask effect. But I'm not a softmask
expert ...
