Hello,
I met same issue as in PDFBOX-3293 (with font DFKai-SB embbed in the document).
And in [this

it is said that it is not expected to be fixed.
I just want to know if True Type virtual machine had been implemented (and I
then suck at my tests) or if it is planned to be?
