tika build fail on github because
https://dl4jdata.blob.core.windows.net/models/vgg16_dl4j_inference.zip
no longer exists, "The specified account is disabled"
I was wondering why it works locally. The reason is that the stuff is
cached in our home directories in .tika-dl and .deeplearning4j and .dl4j
. (which is 2 GB)
