After reading https://pdfa.org/pdf-differences-one-year-later/ I've been
going through the test set at
https://github.com/pdf-association/pdf-differences yesterday.
Surprisingly, we pass many; we fail all files from
https://github.com/pdf-association/pdf-differences/tree/main/Atomic-Fill%2BStroke
because of java itself.
We pass the VerticalText test only by installing an extra font; we do
the correct spacing for "Type3WordSpacing" but I'm not sure whether the
color is correct because Adobe displays it differently. I've created two
issues because of that.
I did not test the UnknownFilter files because we might "fail" by
displaying too much.
As recommended in the article, I've set a watch on that repository.
