Devanagari support was in PDFBOX-5729 with GsubWorkerForDevanagari. But i
*But it doesn't cover all the features of the script.*
Also the results for differnt Unicode based Devanagari fonts have different
outputs.
It can be improved with some changes to glyph reordering.
I have been working on the issue.
