When attempting to print a PDF document (attached as "OriginalDocument.pdf"),
the output is incorrect. Only a small portion of the second page is printed
(see attached file "IncorrectPrintOutput.pdf").
However, when the option dpi is used, the pages are printed perfectly (see
attached file "CorrectPrintWithDpi.pdf").
