Description: In the attached file, the parent of the popup annotation on
page 16 leads to an annotation of page 17. That doesn't make any sense, we can
ignore such annotations because they don't exist for the page we're working on,
so I'll remove the "orphan markup" code, and set the parent to null. (was: In
