Just a side note - the example might appear artificial but it is not. It is a
real-life document from a customer which we had to anonymize as it contained
sensitive information. The application which created the original PDF was
FreePDF 4.12 - http://shbox.de - GPL Ghostscript 9.10 - according to the PDF
metadata.
