Description:
Similar to PDFBOX-6160, however a subrect is to be used or it will look like
this:
!bitmap-refine-page-subrect.pdf-1.png!
This is described in 7.4.7.5 Decoding a generic refinement region segment; so
we need to cut out a part of the page bitmap accordingly.
