It's been over a month so the memory isn't fresh anymore. From what I remember 
there were three zones of interest: GenericRefinementRegion.getRegionBitmap() 
which starts with a "good" bitmap but then something goes wrong with the 
overlay. The second thing is what you mention that is PDFBOX-6155, i.e. how to 
treat that AT thing. I have some doubts whether the specification algorithm is 
followed properly but I don't understand it. The third problem was about 
reusing contexts (bitmap-symbol-context-reuse) from previous segments. That 
file has 4.
