-1 on releasing this as 2.1.0. I've opened an issue https://github.com/apache/incubator-pegasus/issues/606 about the readme page, it still references lots of resources from Xiaomi, at least we can change some of them in this release, and should have a long term plan on how to deal with them.
Another problem is about the source zip file, the top level directory name should be 'incubator-pegasus-2.1.0', not 'incubator-pegasus-2.1.0-RC2'. As after the vote passes, you will promote the artifacts as the final release artifacts directly, so you can not unzip it, change the directory name, and then zip it again. And the name of the zip file itself should not contains RC2 too, and usually, you just need to name the parent directory as 2.1.0-RC2, it does not need to be 2.1.0/RC2. And some nits: one of the artifacts url is wrong, and you'd better mention which KEY do you use to sign the artifacts. Thanks.
