Sorry for my late response. I have submitted the SGA to the secretary and I will reopen the ticket for project transfer after the file being accepted.
As for the IP-clearance problem, I believe I misunderstood the procedure of it. Since I was not familiar with license check, I will consult our mentors for how to perform it later.
