There are some typos, v2.4.0-RC2, in your mail content, but I think it
doesn't matter, I checked the actual artifact path and git tag are correct.
Another TODO thing is the official website should be upgraded, for example,
use English as the default language, the build instructions are out of
date, and etc, I will update it later.
