Crated project that tests *akka-persistence * to *pekko-persistence. *Here
is the project pekko-persistence-test
<https://github.com/Seetaramayya/pekko-persistence-test> that tests
persistence with LevelDB and PostgresSQL JDBC plugins.

I could not find *"pekko-persistence-jdbc"  *dependency in the snapshot
repository so I published locally (it needs to be fixed once it is
published)

There are no surprises, everything is working fine. I did not test with
MultiJVM tests (I don't think it is required because if something
goes wrong there then it is much more bigger problem because nothing works
in akka cluster as far as I know)
