The only thing I feel strongly about is the addition of the pekko-http-core
module to pekko-http in order to remove the diamond dependency.

PR is already almost done on my end and I expect to open it tomorrow.

Otherwise I am in agreement, the only complicated module I see is with
pekko-connectors wrt fragmented Scala 3 support and pekko-persistence-jdbc
with waiting for upstream Slick to provide Scala 3 support. These modules
are however further down the road and we can be strategic about this.
