So since Pekko Http 1.0.0-RC1 just received a -1 in the voting round I
think it makes sense to wait till Pekko 1.0.1 is released and then release
Pekko Http 1.0.0 RC2 with Pekko 1.0.0 because it will take time to get
Pekko Http 1.0.0-RC2 ready and I don't think a few days is really that
critical.
