While we haven't made ideal progress, I think we have progressed to the stage where we can become an Apache Top Level Project and manage Apache Pekko with our own PMC. The vote will need to be taken to the Incubator PMC but we will need to have a vote amongst the Pekko community first. If we can get more +1s than -1s and at least 3 +1s from Pekko PPMC members, I think we can then move towards the Incubator vote.
